Gratitude has been linked to greater happiness, helping you feel more positive emotions, appreciating the good experiences you have and even improving your health.  This simple downloadable is all about helping you to focus on the things you are grateful for to increase happiness in your life. All you need to do is print and start writing down all the things you are grateful for. You can then place it in a significant place where you will see it daily (think bathroom/ bedroom mirror, on your bedside table, the back of your bedroom door or the toilet door) and be reminded of all the good things in your life.
