Help your kids make healthy food choices and reduce the amount of time spent on discussions with them on what they can/ can’t cook or eat. Try introducing the ‘I’m Hungry’ menu ideas list that you can fill out and print. Place this on the fridge/ cupboard and your child can then select food from the list of snacks and lunch options to make healthy choices for themselves.
