VIDEO: The High Sky at iFly Singapore

Ever wanted to feel the rush of skydiving without jumping out of a perfectly good plane? Whilst on holidays in Singapore, we were fortunate enough to venture into iFly Singapore – this place is amazing!

The moment you walk into iFly Singapore, you know that the experience is going to be one to remember. Measuring 5 metres in diameter with a flying height just over 17 metres, iFly Singapore boasts South East Asia’s largest themed vertical wind tunnel and can accommodate up to 20 flyers at the same time.

Children 7yrs and over are eligible to fly so Jordan and I were ready as ever to give it a go. Safety is of the upmost importance when participating at iFly Singapore and once we had guidance from our instructor, taught important flight hand-signals and had completed the pre-flight preparations, it was time to get into our special and very professional looking flying gear, equipped with goggles and helmet.

Watching the other participants in our group go first, I was getting more and more excited as I knew I was next. Once I stepped forward into the wind tunnel, the sense of weightlessness was unbelievable. Jordan was to follow and the smile on his face said it all.

Packages starts from $89 and will get you 2 skydives. Even though they last for about 60 seconds, this is the equivalent of falling through the air from 12,000 to 3,000 feet.

I cannot recommend this place enough and know that next time I am in Singapore, I will be making a stop at iFly Singapore. Check it out!
