NAIDOC WEEK

NAIDOC week is celebrated nationally from 8 to 15 July and across Cairns there are a number of celebrations which highlight the rich and diverse culture of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, the First Australians. Don’t miss the Cairns Indigenous Art Fair from 13 to 15 July, the Wucchoppern Community NAIDOC event on 11 July and the Cairns NAIDOC week Trivia Night at Novotel Oasis Resort on Monday 9 June from 6.30pm.
