School Holiday Workshops: Little Thinkers (ages 2-7) & Big Design (ages 7-12)
When: Tues 4, Wed 5 & Thurs 6 April 2017, 10am-11am
Where: Tanks Arts Centre, Tanks 3

Children will create imaginary worlds as they interact, play and create with a particular material, to discover something new from something quite ordinary… it promises to be a fun filled and creative exploration of ideas at the Tanks Arts Centre.

Public art comes in all shapes and sizes and is built with many different kinds of material, the only limit is imagination.
When we started the Future Cairns project in 2016 we asked children to imagine building the City of Cairns. Now we want children to design a piece of public art that will make Cairns even more special.

Parents or carers must attend – Little Thinkers (ages 2-7)
Cost of $10 per Workshop
Bookings: 4032 6650 or gardens@cairns.qld.gov.au
