      RULES (as of 01/01/2012)

      1. Keep it legal
      No illegal activities and no stolen goods. Suspicious items will be investigated and the authorities alerted.

      2. No critique
      There is to be NO critique of items that are offered for sale! (eg: can get cheaper elsewhere) If you wish to notify someone of an issue you may have with an item, please use the private message feature. can we do this? (if not, just say: , please send seller/swapper/buyer an email.)

      3. Live up to your end of the deal
      Both parties to a trade of any description should use best efforts to ensure they fully complete their side of a transaction. If anyone fails to complete the transaction please contact Admin so that we are able to track if a member continues to do so. Members will receive a warning each time there is a complaint (after investigation). Three warnings result in an instant ban from the site for a predetermined amount of time.

      4. One item, one photo Whilst we understand that people may want to show different angles of an item, we ask that you please only post one photo per item. If anyone wishes to see more images of the item, please email these separately.

      5. Animal advertising
      Please not that under QLD state law all dogs and cats that are being sold or given away MUST be micro chipped. Any animal listed must be micro chipped. Any pets that are listed that do not adhere to this policy will be deleted.

      TIPS/GUIDELINES:

      The following tips are strongly recommended.

      •State clearly in your advertisement, a concise description of the item as well as any terms of sale you may have (eg: must be collected within 24hrs), location of the item and most importantly, a price.
      •State how you prefer to be contacted and give relevant contact details.
      •Please be sure to validate any information before making any transaction; and consider your privacy and security at all times.
      •Once the transaction is confirmed or completed please remove your image from the site.
